The company

An operator, on the record.

Asiatic Container Lines was founded in Gandhidham in 2020 — walking distance from the cargo, in the port town that feeds Mundra and Kandla. We are an NVOCC: we sell ocean carriage on our own house bill of lading, run weekly sailings from Mundra and Nhava Sheva to Khorfakkan and Al Sokhna, and stand behind every box we book.

The claim on our homepage — fastest growing proud NVOCC from India — is earned the unglamorous way: published cut-offs that hold, documentation that is right the first time, and a desk that answers. Nine services sit on that one desk, from liner and vessel agency to air freight and out-of-gauge project pieces.

What can be checked, we publish. We are a registered Multimodal Transport Operator with the Directorate General of Shipping, India, a member of the Elite Global Logistics Network for overseas coverage, and since 2026 our customers book, e-sign and file BLs on our own online portal at asiaticline.in.

The record so far

2020

A desk at the gate

An NVOCC begins with a bill of lading and a promise. Ours began in Gandhidham, within sight of the Mundra and Kandla gates — close enough to the yard to keep the promise, and to know by lunchtime when it was at risk.

2022

The other end of the lane

A desk across the water in Dubai. The Gulf lane now answered to Asiatic people at both ends — load port and discharge port on one file, one phone call apart.

2023

Nhava Sheva gets a neighbour

Mumbai joined the network and the western corridor’s second gateway had an Asiatic desk of its own. Cargo from the Maharashtra belt stopped routing through strangers.

2024

North, to where the boxes fill

Punjab’s ICD belt is where the containers are stuffed, a thousand kilometres from salt water. A Ludhiana desk books and documents them right there — the sea no further away than the desk.

2025

Gujarat’s heartland, on the file

Textiles, chemicals, engineering goods — Ahmedabad’s cargo now reaches Mundra and Kandla through an Asiatic desk down the road, planned against the cut-off before the truck is called.

2026

The desk, without the desk hours

Rates, e-signed quotes, bookings and BL filing moved online at asiaticline.in — the customer portal, open at every hour the cargo is. The desk still answers; now it also never closes.
